How to apply:
After the permanent wave solution has been processing time, rinse the hair thoroughly without removing the rollers. Towel dry. Apply the neutralizer evenly over all the rollers. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove the rollers and apply the remaining neutralizer to the hair. Leave on for another 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
