What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging . To start the process, please contact us at hair4us@sapo.pt with your order number.
Are there any purchases that cannot be returned?
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened products) or because they are part of a promotional/stock-offer . If there are any exceptions, they will be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours and delivered within 1–3 business days (Mainland Portugal). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking email.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and total order amount. For mainland Portugal, shipping starts at €4.90 and can be free for orders over €100 .
