Fernandes, Ferreira & Fernandes, Lda . is a Portuguese company founded in October 2001, operating in the professional hair cosmetics sector, resulting from the experience and strategic vision of its founders.
Brothers Fernando Fernandes and Paulo Fernandes , originally from Germany, completed their hairdressing training in 1995. They subsequently settled in Portugal, where they opened a hair salon in Tábua, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the market and the needs of professionals in the field.
After a two-year period in Germany (1999–2001), Fernando Fernandes returned to Portugal with the aim of remaining involved in the sector, now from a business and distribution perspective. During this period, he established contact with international brands, most notably C:EHKO, belonging to the family-owned company Gebr. Ewald, based in Nahetal-Waldau, in the Thuringia district.
The company was formally established by Fernando Fernandes, Paulo Fernandes, and Rui Ferreira, a professional with experience in selling cosmetic hair products. Since its inception, Fernandes, Ferreira & Fernandes, Lda. has focused on sustainable development, adapting to the Portuguese market, and representing recognized quality brands.
Evolution and Growth
In 2011, the company launched its own brand HAIR4US , reinforcing its market position. In the same year, it integrated the BE KEEN brand into its portfolio. In 2021, it expanded its offering with the launch of the Dening Hair brand in Portugal, specializing in synthetic and natural hair wigs. In March 2026, it introduced the Me Mademoiselle brand, from the company Gebr. Ewald.
Currently, the company is managed by Fernando Fernandes, maintaining a strategy focused on quality, innovation, solid partnerships, and close relationships with professionals, consolidating its presence in the national hair cosmetics market.
